Mariam Shoshiashvili is Head of the Career Development Center at Business and Technology University, bringing over a decade of experience in higher education. As the head of the Career Development Center for the past five years, she has organized various student and alumni activities such as job shadowing, mock interviews, case interviews, pitch-yourself sessions, freelancing workshops, and business communication workshops. Mariam has also organized both international and local job fairs, enhancing students’ career opportunities significantly. Additionally, she is an invited lecturer and experienced career mentor, guiding students and beneficiaries towards achieving their professional goals. Her dedication to fostering a supportive environment helps students build confidence and develop essential skills for their careers.
